Our Promise                                               
Every Est. 1945 product is made to order. We work with Printify to produce and fulfil each item once your order is placed, which means we do not hold stock and items are not produced until you buy them.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please check our size guides carefully before purchasing.

When We Will Refund or Replace                                                                                        We will always make it right if:                                                                                      

- Your item arrives damaged or faulty
- Your item has a printing defect (misprints, smudging, alignment errors)
- You receive the wrong item                                                                                          
- Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 30 days of your estimated delivery date                    

In any of these cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days from your estimated delivery date if the order has not arrived) at hello@est1945.com.          

Please include:                                                                                                       
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the issue (for damaged or misprinted items)                                - A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion. We do not require you to return the faulty item.                                                                                                   

Sizing
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. As all items are made to order, we cannot refund or exchange for sizing issues where no fault exists with the product.

If you are unsure between sizes, please get in touch before you order and we will help. 

Cancellations                                                                                                         
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided production has not already begun. Contact us immediately at hello@est1945.com if you need to cancel. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Processing                                                                                                    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
