Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Est. 1945 online store and apply to all purchases. By placing an order, you agree to them. Est. 1945 is a trading name. Our store runs on Shopify and is fulfilled via Printify.

Products
All products are made to order. Images are representative — colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and the fabric batch used. We stand behind the quality of our products and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and Pricing
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we can't verify payment. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards via Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted. We don't store card details.

Production and Delivery
Please allow:
    •    Production: 2 to 5 business days
    •    UK delivery: 3 to 7 business days after despatch
    •    International: 7 to 21 business days after despatch
These are estimates. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Your Consumer Rights
UK customers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. You're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty items. As our products are made to order, the standard 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply unless an item is faulty or not as described. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics and content on the Est. 1945 store are our intellectual property or used with permission. Nothing may be reproduced, copied or distributed without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Est. 1945 won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
